I read somewhere that even though you can get a shiny WISHMKR Jirachi legitly (sort of; I read it was a bug in the code that was supposed to block it from being shiny?) that Pokebank will block it because GF doesn't count it as legit. :/

But on a serious note, it was not a bug. Nintendo had simply forgotten to turn on the block for shiny for the specific Jirachi.

And (to tell how shiny jirachis are slightly easier to come by legitimately) there are still people that sell the particular game because it's possible to still get a shiny jirachi, although very difficult of course.

I had another idea for a Gengar moveset if Poison and Burn could be on the same pokemon at the same time.

Nope. like lets say Thundershock had a secondary effect that could leave a percentage of the base damage as a dot. Call it 'static' or 'discharge'.
