Never got any shinies period and i played all gens but 5th one (and 6th yet). Isn't it much more likely in XY anyway?

Thinking about my team so far if Pokebank is out it would prolly be something like.
Absol (Phys Sweeper)
Charizard (Spec Sweep)
Shiny Entei (Phys sweep, event Pokemon from way back given by a friend)
Pidgeot (Phys hybrid tank/sweep with Featherdance and Roost)
??? Spec Sweeper
??? Spec Tank.

How to Transfer
This is a ONE-WAY TRANSFER! Pokémon sent from Diamond/Pearl/Platinum/HeartGold/SoulSilver to Pokémon Black 2 cannot be sent back to Diamond/Pearl/Platinum/HeartGold/SoulSilver!
To transfer pokémon from Diamond/Pearl/Platinum/HeartGold/SoulSilver to Pokémon Black 2, go to the Pokémon Transfer Lab on Route 15 in Pokémon Black 2. Go into the Pokémon Transfer Lab and talk to the people at the top. You will need to turn on your other Nintendo DS or 3DS that has the Diamond/Pearl/Platinum/HeartGold/SoulSilver cartridge in it, then choose DS Download Play from the menu (on the 3DS it's an orange icon with a DS on it) and pick the game with the ID that was mentioned in your Pokémon Black 2 game. After it downloads, choose exactly six pokémon that you want to transfer.

Dang it lol. Guess i'm going to wait on the Entei then i want to go through Y asap before i finish Soulsilver/White/White2 so i can actually trade and do stuff with people online, being gens behind sucks.
