    Yep, found it yesterday when I went for Zygarde. I'm pretty sure Dusk Stone is in Terminus Cave.

    Move deleter removes HMs, eevee just needs any fairy move. Charm works.

    You can catch a wild 19 with baby-doll eyes, or catch a wild 20 and wait til 29 when it learns Charm.

    I would suggest 19 because if you wait til 29 from a 20, you can accidentally get an Umbreon or Espeon from it loving you. You could also just get it to 29 and then make it hate you by, uh... I guess letting it faint over and over?

    But yeah you can get a 19 one and then max its friendship in Pokemon-amie and then ding it with a rare candy and you will have your Sylveon. It's the best way to avoid any Umbreon or Espeon mishaps.

    Yes - you can unlearn HMs. You need the move deleter. He's in one of the later towns... the one with the 6th or 7th gym, icr. You don't need a heart scale for deletion, you only need heart scales for the move rememberer.

    Not sure. I have X and I have both Pumpkaboo and Phantump, which I caught myself in the same grass. I think one version has commons and rares of one, with it flipped in the other version.

    But Pumpkaboo is a trade evolution, so I assume Phantump is as well.

    TECHINCALLY you can just take Eevee to the move relearner. Which just happens to be in the same house as the move deleter, who, is the only person that can remove HMs from your pokemon. They're in Dendemille Town

    They are very very very very common in the pokemon village and they are level 50 as well.
