I honestly just think gif-composing ability is disabled in Photoshop Elements. They take away a lot of features because it's cheaper. Like you can't work in CMYK for printing, for example.

I tried to do it in there but it just wouldn't let me... do anything. So maybe I'm just using it wrong because I've never tried to do an animated gif in my life, but I failed so I just did a still. xD

Watermarks, where? I have a program that adds this blatant line of text with site address in a corner but the ones I posted shouldn't do that.

The MemeCenter one has a watermark in the lower right corner. It's the only one I tried because it lets you just make a gif on there instead of using pre-done photos. Maybe it's only if you draw the whole thing on there?
