Well showndown could be good tool to test team compositions before breeding them for reals, but I have to agree that it just don't have the same feel.

Showdown is were most of the better players go also, as they ladder.

So outside of the Player Character in the games, could a trainer use the same Key Stone with several different Mega Stones to mega evolve several Pokémon? The way Diantha described it in the anime, the Key Stone and the Mega Stone would be a paired link between one Pokémon and it's trainer.

The key stone works with all mega stones, as it's like your gateway, or trunk of the tree, while the mega stones are branches. Or heart -> veins, whichever you like better.

Critique please! It's Calm with 252 in HP, and split between defenses so they're equal. It has Calm Mind for boosting, Yawn and Dream Eater atm. It's also holding Eviolite.

You mean using your own name instead of the 1P symbol? We've seen people do that already in the full game (Gema_Yue used the gema moniker on her player slot)
