any suggestions for a fps/rts?

Hey, so my friend has computer that was quite possibly used as a 1970's calculator and we're looking for a game to play with internet capability, something like cossacks in that genre or cs 1.6, both of those he can play but we're looking for something new and would greatly appreciate if anyone has any suggestions to some great games.
So as I said above, nothing too fancy so he can run it on his wooden computer, thanks!
