I want to see how Whis would do against him

and I still want to get lud on Bayonetta's power level. I am sure she is at least original Super Saiyan 1 Goky v Frieza level.

She uses magic which gives her a strong advantage
She does have fast speed and reflexes and is very combat trained (shown on her fight cut scenes vs Jeanee)
Her bullets likely would have low effect
Her hair moves would be the ones that do damage, possibly her claw weapons, whip, and sword.
She can single handedly destroy divine cosmic creatures
She can Kill what is essentially god, a being that can only be destroyed by the sun, similar to Broly and Cooler, then again Cooler likely could have been destroyed by other means

And all of this is just Bayonetta 1.

Hercule Satan doesn't use tricks like that. Hercule Satan is a real champion of martial arts, unrivaled by any other. But really, if you ever played Xenoverse he's actually flying around with a jet pack. It's pretty damn funny.
