Lol it's strange, watching the show didn't really elicit any sadness from me, but attach some country music and all the sudden I'm feeling chills. I'm not sure who could enjoy country music when it's all so depressing

That being said, I really happen to love Vegeta's character progression. I gave the tv a fist bump when Goku convinces Vegeta to fuse by talking about the reality of their lost race and wanting to forge a new one. That was a conversation that needed to be had, and I was adequately satisfied by the speech.

I didn't cry at Vegeta atonement scene, mostly because I knew he would just come back. Seriously the only time I got sad in DBZ is when Future Gohan was killed, that was fucking brutal. And Piccolo speech to Gohan in GT.

So I was just watching Vegeta's Final Flash against Cell, and I was wondering, if it directly hit Cell, would it of killed him?

Judging by the size and shape of the hole, it wasn't large enough to get his entire body, so he probably would have regenerated.
