Me (disc priest) and my friend (holy pally) got bored and decided to try double healer 2s for the hell of it. And we had a blast kiting those people around pillars until they got bored and gave up.
So I'm wondering what the general group of people out there would do in that situation.

CC the pally make him blow everything in the first minute then cc priest and win.??? I've never lost to double healer in 2's even with me rolling with a healer. Honestly, the only time you face double healer is low ratings, which you might as well play double dps and faceroll everything till you get to a good rating.
If you have a priest its auto win cause mana burn. Put pressure on them so they have to heal and mana burn the priest first.

I remember watching a duel between two Paladins in Vanilla WoW, man it was dull. I say watched, I mean alt tabbed out after 15 mins, I imagine doing an Arena game would be much the same with two healers.

first of all i would say we dont care and leave, and then you hate you, for beeing lame, and waste peoples time since you wont be able to land a kill either, on another note, if i am playing on my priest, i would usually mana burn both of you dispell and cc/interrupt all mana regen going on till your both oom, even tho it might not happen, besides that trying 2-3 times setting up burst cc rotation and pray, if we havent landed a kill, then gg you wasted our time and we leave ^_^

Stealth and avoid the shadow sight crystals constantly moving around.

Treat it like every other match? Not really hard to beat a double healer team, especially in 2s :S

Got cap on my hpala last week with another hpala...people just leave after about 7mins, makes me lol, then makes me feel sad inside for doing such a terrible act :/

CC, interrupt, silence chain on one, kill the other.
CC, interrupts and silences generally have lower CDs than their trinkets and dmg reduction CDs so at one point there should be a window of opportunity.

Whenever I run into this type of comp we try hard for about five minutes, then run from them for 40. If they want to run a comp like that they can expect long games.

This is a bit off topic but talking about cheesy comps/tactics reminded me of early arenas when you could still switch gear... i was on a 3s and we were facing someone from same server, there was some animosity there from past stuff and i remember the troll warrior (leader) on the other team getting naked and dancing, daring us to attack. my hunter friend sent his pet in stealthed and got the troll in combat before he could put his gear back on.

CC one of them, then lay really hard into the other until he dies. 2v2 is kind of a joke anyway, the ability to CC 50% of your opponents team, effectively making it a 2v1 for a short amount of time, with little effort is silly.

Takes more then a CC cycle to put down most healers, a double healing team could be a real challenge.
That being said, it would be very hard for them to win.
