combustion

So for the last few days ive been messing around with fire in 5mans...And i noticed that for some reasons combustion is not being applied to main target 50% of the time.I went fire for the cat boss in zg to aoe all cats and it happened twice in a row.Both times i had a 30k+ total dots on the boss.It will go on cooldown but wont do any dmg,it doesnt register on recount either.

that happened a couple times on H alysrazor aswell.Ive seen it not spread before but first time i actually notice it not being applied to main target.

anyone else with similar issues?

I have also noticed that my combustion is not always being applied, or spread via impact for that matter.

Here's the obvious question: Are you hit capped? If not, why not?

I've never had a problem with my Combustion not spreading with Impact.

im using my arcane gears,so im at 16.91% hit which could explain a miss on alysrazor...but i also mentioned that it did not get applied to a boss in zul gurub,im well over hit cap for 5 mans so that one is kinda hard to explain.that also happened on 2 consecutive attempts
