I've had this for like 2 years now. Got about 1800 credits on it - don't use it for shit. Have no friends, and no actual need to talk to family, who I don't see any reason to buy a $150 cellphone and pay $50 monthly.

Absolutely phenomenal ROM; this guy knows what he's doing. Anybody who runs a Captivate should use this. I'll gladly give instructions on how to install it.

Had it since 2004. Not in need of anything else.
Mostly use the commodore 64 emulator I have on it to play those great old games while on the train.

I highly doubt it. Phone companies don't typically do upgrades to their top-tier phones when they first release. I'm also certain Apple has some sort of deal going on where you won't be paying a small fee for it.

Samsung Captivate. I don't agree with the caption in the picture; I thought it was the best-looking phone of the ones I had to choose from. Then again, I was upgrading from a crappy BlackBerry, so pretty much anything would do.

iPhone 4 ... 2nd day the button stopped working. Apparently this is a common thing? It has a ton of lag. I have one app on it and a lot of the times whenever I press the button it never returns me to home screen. Sometimes I have to push it down and drag it around when I press it, which is hard, and even then sometimes it doesn't work. Battery only lasts 2 days and I'm not on it that much compared to others. All in all, I'm very disappointed in it and the only good thing Apple has released so far is the iMac. iPods are good, at best. I should've listened to the woman who sold it to me when she said iPhone sales have decreased a lot because people are realising now there are other smart phones that do the exact same thing as an iPhone, and in most cases, better. Girlfriend and sisters were so insistent I got one, though :/
