Girl troubles

So i have been going out with this girl for just over a month now and i just found out last night that she spent around 1 hour with one of her girlfriends and two guys in a bed, one off which she was spooning with while her friend (the girl) spooned with the other guy. From what witnesses tell me, (one of which was the other guy in the bed) she didn't kiss this guy, nor do anything sexual, other then spooning. Now when i confronted her with this she practically denied it, and acted like it was nothing. should i break up with her over this? what would you do in my situation?

p.s. i never thought she would be one to do this, considering she is normally gaga over me and told me she loved me after just 3 weeks of the relationship.
