Switching alchemy specs in 4.2

Talk to Lauranna Thar'well in Cenarion Refuge in Zangarmarsh to unlearn potion master, then talk to Lorokeem in Shattrath to learn Elixir master, it costs 150g to unlearn pot master then another 150g to learn elixir master.
