For 120mm's I'm happy with my CM Blademasters. 6 blades, fully black, decent airflow, dead quiet at 1600rpm or below, it great on any aftermarket cooler or case. The "65 fans tested with Prolimatech Megahalems" results showed that Blademasters are actually pretty damn effective in push-pull configurations, almost as good as Noctua's best 120mm's.

But Noctua's 2 best offer far more silence than that monstrosity. I had a 212+ and either I got a bad fan or people are pulling my leg. Because when the Blademaster got up to 1600 RPM, and later maxed out at 2000 RPM, it sounded like Thanksgiving dinner was being prepared. That electronic carving knife sound gets really, really annoying after a while.
