Which tank do you mean got the strongest 2set tier bonus?

Honestly, they should make the DK set bonus proc below 50% instead of 35%. At 35% we get Will procs, and honestly, with the blood DK changes making us less susceptible to very spikey damage, I can't see myself dropping below 35% often enough for this to be useful. If it were 50%, you could tell your healers to lighten up on the healing for a bit, get you below 50%, and then blood tap for full death runes for 20 secs.

The only change they need to add to the DK set is that it can not proc at the same time as WotN, because 35% cd's have a great DR on them, and getting more and more of those just make you more spiky when not having them.
