I've heard LE versions have worse DRM than the other versions, so you may want to upgrade the motherboard (if you can afford a bit more of course).
Everything else looks good. Can you provide a link of the PSU? Corsair Pro series doesn't ring a bell, but Corsair produces (or re-brands) quality PSUs.
As long as the DVD-RW is a SATA and not and IDE one it will be compatible with everything else.

Sorry mate the psu is aCorsair Enthusiast Series 650-Watt 80 Plus Bronze Certified Power Supply Compatible with Intel Core i3, i5, i7 and AMD platforms - CMPSU-650TXV2. That look better? And could you suggest a better motherboard which wouldn't cost a hell of a lot more than the current? Thanks

PSU is more than enough then!
Asus P8P67 or P8P67 Pro (or even the Micro Atx versions, P8P67-M and P8P67-M Pro). Their prices range from 99-135 pounds (novatech prices).
I don't know much about Asrock, MSI and Gigabyte motherboards so I'd like someone to suggest some (more options for you!)
