I'm not quite 85 on my priest, but I've managed to win the Petrified Pickled Egg and Mithril Stopwatch from the Direbrew boss. I run primarily Disc and Shadow.
My question(s) concerning these two trinkets is this: Will the healing from Vampiric Embrace trigger the haste boost from the Egg, and will the Smite heal from Atonement trigger the haste boost from the Egg?
I'm unsure on either because VE heals are not targeted or HoT, and Smite heals are not specifically targeted by me. Any information would be helpful, thanks!

Usually Vampiric embrace doesn't activate any healing triggered trinkets so I would guess its the same for the egg, as for atonement I am pretty sure it does proc it but not 100% sure.

The egg doesn't proc off Atonement - I just tested 232 atonement hits and no procs.
