Elitist Keyboard Heroes is a small, 10 man guild focusing on controlled raids with high focus and results achieved. Many of its members have been raiding together since TBC in one form or another. After getting the roster finally reasonably stable, we're looking to fill a few last spots.
All exceptional applications will always be considered. Please only apply however if you have gear level suited to Firelands progress, we don't do gearing projects.
The ability to demonstrate your abilities through logs or videos you've made of boss kills will strongly support your application, please include these along with a well written and though out application. We don't need your life history, but if your application looks like a 10 year old wrote it, odds are you're not getting in.
What we require from you
-No kids. We have a strong core & want personalities that will integrate, not frustrate at any point. All of our members are 18+ with the majority over 20.
-The ability to speak on ventrilo is highly desirable.
-The ability to be diverse with in the game, adapt to new mechanics and contribute to tactics discussion / formulation.
-You see loot as a tool to aid progress.
-You are reliable with your raid attendance. This is extremely important. In a small core we must have reliable players with solid attendance.
-You can accept criticism & accept when a failure was your own.
-You're always keen say how awesome you were when you saved the raid and no one saw it.
-Your internet connection & computer are solid and stable.
What we offer you in return
-A stable and consistent raiding schedule.
-A well blended raid roster, with a lot of banter and good times on vent. Generally the same people raiding every raid. A lot of our members have been playing together in one form or another since early TBC.
-A solid loot council system, distributing loot to those that benefit the raid the most.
-An emo free environment.
-Free guild repairs, flasks and "well fed" consumables.
-Regular alt runs.
-A large amount of us enjoy arena pvp and are always changing comps around for fun / rating zergs.
-A vibrant guild chat, including many guild social members creating an atmosphere where people are always up for doing stuff or just chilling out to talk about a variety of subjects!
Recruitment is currently focused for the following classes. We're more interested in the player than the gear. As long as your gear it to a general standard that you can cope for Firelands, we'd really like to hear from you.
