Would you make this trade?

I'm discussing a possible trade with someone and thought I'd ask your opinion's on it.

I have an ASUS G73JH-BST7 gaming laptop with the following specs:

Intel i7-720QM
6GB of 1,333MHz DDR3 memory
Radeon HD 5870M
600 GB HDD
17.3'' LCD 1600x900 display

He's looking to trade:
Intel E8500 Core 2 Duo
4GB of 1033mhz DDR3 memory
GTX 460 768MB
500GB Western Digital SATA HDD
350W PSU
all on a Asus Mobo of some kind and in a lightweight GTR GT3 "SFF desktop" case. (http://www.avadirect.com/product_det...asp?PRID=18901)

all of this plus $375 in cash. What do you guys think?

I would take it, and take the $375.00 and buy an i5/mobo/ram/psu/case and lol at games.

umm, i'd decline that, i have a g73, its much better then a core 2, just don't let it overheat

I'd decline, you'd likely spend $60 of that getting a new power supply right off the bat (depending on the brand PSU that thing is running right now, I have a low end Antec 350W that I wouldn't trust anywhere near my GTX460.) Is he giving you a monitor as well?

I would happily be on the other side of that trade though, gaming laptops are super fun (and Nehalem > Conroe/Wolfdale big time, especially the quad core in that beast you have.)
