Heat's 10man Group is looking to expand its roster for the upcoming 4.3 patch. We are mostly a group of tightly-knit raiders in TBC that has achieved world top 50 kills.

Raiding Time (all times are in server time, or Pacific Standard Time)

Tuesday: 6-10pm
Friday: 6-10pm
Saturday 6-10pm

It is easy to see that the focus of the group is efficient raiding. Even with raiding only 12 hours a week (we have never needed more yet), we have reached places where many guilds are not able to. The essence will remain in 4.3 as we push for heroic Deathwing.

Loot distribution is done purely off free rolls and sensible passing. The raid leader will not intervene unless the item is being severely under-utilized.

In order to maintain our high standards and efficiently, we ask the following of all of our applicants.

1. The ability to take constructive criticism: We understand that everyone makes mistakes but we expect our players to be able to learn from their mistakes and proactively make the necessary refinements to their play. The raid leaders run Recount and log the raids, using the information liberally to make necessary adjustments. That being said, our raids are often filled with humor and the atmosphere is generally light-hearted.

2. Excellent knowledge of your class and role: This goes beyond the Tank-Healing-DPS department. Classes with strong AoE capabilities or CC abilities will be expected to perform to their fullest potential.

3. Team Players: We try our hardest to ensure that everyone gets equal raid time, but with the finely tuned nature of 10 mans and with our ideal roster of 11-12 people, it is expected that players will be rotated out for the various encounters.

4. Most importantly - having fun: While we take our raids seriously, we do so while trying to have as much fun as possible and we joke around a lot on Mumble (without affecting our efficiency, of course).
