    No one has mentioned it seems, but even though the beta says "Ultra" graphics, I read around on the BF3 forums on Overclockers that the highest settings applied on the game is High.

    there is not "ultra" in the beta. No difference between high/ultra atm

    1GB cards will not cut it for 1080p gaming. look for 2-3GB card solutions.

    Yeah MSI Afterburner is reporting 1260MB of VRAM usage on my GTX 470 lol.. Most of it is the AA and HBAO though because if I disable them it drops to 900-1GB usage.

    Even though I'm capping my VRAM pretty much, the game doesn't stutter or anything which is quite amazing.

    I still have a GTX460 that I OC'd so im not sure how it will run BF3. I'll download the beta and find out how it does. You can find them for $130.00 now.
