    F1-F12 key issues

I got a new computer some weeks ago and the F1-F12 keys got keybinds(outside the game)

The problem is the keybinds are just hit the button while the "normal" functions are (Fn) + F keys, opposite of what you see in the pic
Example: Clicking F1 will open "Generic_User_Guide.pdf" and to do whatever i bind to F1 in wow, i have to hold (Fn) while clicking it.

Anybody knows if its possible to swap those like i want them? Ive tried seearching pretty much everywhere and looking through everywhere in control panel

The computer is a Packard Bell EasyNote TS11HR, Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

If you need more info to help, just ask and ill get it;P

For some laptops, the 'default' configuration for the F keys can be toggled in BIOS. In some cases, the same setting can also be toggled inside your OS using one of the pieces of software supplied by the vendor. Sometimes that setting can be found in the Windows Mobility Center.

lock the Fn key in the sense that you will use the function keys(F1,F2,F3...............)+FN key combinations without using the FN key then the simple way of locking the FN key is boot into the bios using F10 key on startup that is used on most laptops then in the bios screen select the option system configuration. under system configuration you will find something as action mode keys and make it enabled then save the changes and then exit the bios screen. hope the issue will be resolved on restart to unlock get into bios screen and disable action mode keys.
