Will SSD HD improve how the game runs? FPS, looks, or just how fast the PC starts up and loadingscreens?

Also, how do I OC my CPU?

It enhances loading times, can improve LOD Texture loading, and general responsiveness of the OS itself. Raw framerates are not storage dependent; though in some rare cases games may pause in order to load data.

WoW loading screens are immediately affected disk speed. When I first added a SSD, the screen loaded in a mere fraction of the time of the old HDD I had. Has a direct impact on loading speed of the OS from boot also.
