Yes. The Starcraft team has actually been doing things recently, like finally fixing the Matchmaking screen glitch. They even made a poll about a month ago asking what skins they'd like to see in-game.

I'm diamond, I have been on a break since July though. Mostly because I struggle with Widow Mines.

Same here, only I didn't manage to adapt to HotS units in general. In WoL I was high diamond playing as random without actually playing that much (I think I had 150 or so 1v1 games overall), so that is quite an achievement, I think. But then HotS came out, and it coincided with a long business trip to Japan, where I lived in a dormitory where the Blizzard servers were blocked, and, after I came back, I was a bit out of the loop, so I basically hadn't played SC2 for 2 months or so. By that time people already knew a lot about using and countering HotS units, while I kept playing pure classical WoL games - and started failing miserably against Widow Mines, Swarm Hosts and Oracles. After a row of failed games, I just gave up and never came back again. A few months ago tried playing 5 placement matches, ended up in Silver and gave up completely. I still enjoy playing 4v4 Monobattles occasionally though and usually get the top score and 100+ APM, so, I guess, I am still not a complete failure.
