<Simplicity> 6/7H 25m Guild Recruiting for Multiple Roles.
Simplicity of Magtheridon-US is a 25-man progression guild that is currently recruiting for a few roles. Our raiding core is composed of veteran raiders that have extensive experience with high end raiding through numerous Warcraft expansions. Our GM, Adencelais, has five years of leadership experience under her belt. We're looking to fill a few immediate roles as well as expand our raiding core in preparation for 4.3 and its upcoming challenges with experienced and talented raiders. We want to take raiding back to its roots and fill out our raiding group for a dedicated, talented, solid, and fun team of individuals.
We have immediate need and raid spots open for the following classes:
1 Tank (you need a viable dps off spec as well)
1 Elemental Shaman
1 Enhancement Shaman
1 Restoration Shaman
1 Holy Priest
1 Retribution Paladin
1 Holy Paladin
1 Restoration Druid
1 Rogue
1 Hunter
1 Warlock
There is always an opening for talented players even if we aren't immediately seeking to fill a role for your specific class/spec, feel free to give me a shout.
Prior raiding experience is required. Applicants must have gear that is on par with current guild progression. More importantly, applicants need to exhibit that time and effort was spent on their character and all gear/spec/profession choices were carefully thought over. Excuses and poor performance will not be tolerated, and situational awareness isn't a perk, its a necessity.
<Simplicity> is on a 3-night raid schedule upon Cataclysm release. Raid nights will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8:00pm through 12:00pm (EST). During progression, raids may be extended slightly.
Raiders are expected to be punctual and fully prepared every raid night. This means not only full raid consumables, proper gear, best gems/enchants, but also a good attitude and progression oriented mindset. Being unprepared is simply not an option and time/money restraints will never be a valid excuse, it isn't hard to plan ahead. <Simplicity> generally raids with a very small pool of raiders in order to promote unity and chemistry - teamwork is absolutely essential to our success and, therefore, high attendance is key.
Loot is distributed via a loot council system. In this system, the loot council will ensure equal and fair distribution of raid loot based on attendance, attitude, performance, and utility. The goal of this system is to strengthen the guild as a whole, as opposed to promoting a system in which loot concerns are based around the individual.
