cyclone/hibernate/roots macro

Hey guys... I am terrible at marcos and was wondering if anyone could help me make a macro for these three abilites. I need three sperate macros made:
1) Cyclone - When I am pressing alt-1, it cyclones my direct target, when I am pressing Shift-Q it cyclones my focus
2) Roots - When I am pressing alt -2, it roots my direct target, when I am pressing Shift-E it roots my focus
3) Hibernate - When I am pressing alt-3, it hibs my direct, when I am pressing Shift-Grave (`), It hibs my focus

They would have to be on the same bind in order to make it work like that, I think. For instance, on the Q key you can make Shift do focus, Alt do target and CTRL do something else or how ever you wanted it.
