<Smoke and Mirrors> is a level 25 Alliance guild located on Duskwood. We are always looking to recruit players who take the time to learn the content and their class.

Our raiders vary in age range and some have jobs while others go to school. We are a very diverse group of people who enjoy playing and raiding together.

When you join you will be in a trial period. You will still gain EPGP(Explained below) but of course core raiders will get priority.

We want players who have a strong understanding of their class and spec. We are not elitist by any means but every one of our raiders carries their own weight. Naturally in the end all we are looking for is someone who can avoid standing in fire with just normal raid awareness.

If you apply to our guild we are expecting for you to show up to just about every raid in the trial period. We understand real life happens and only request that you post in the AFK thread on our forums with a little bit of a heads up.

Raid Times

Tuesday: 8-11 PM EST
Thursday: 8-11 PM EST
Sunday: 8-11 PM EST

We start invites 5-15 minutes before the actual starting time each night, and expect raiders to be in the zone and ready to pull thereafter.
We also expect that every raider is prepared with the necessary flasks, potions, food, and that they have read up on any strategies we may be putting to use that night.

Our roster is currently just below 25 man. This is because of attendance issues and other real life interests. We do not recruit to go over 25 man purposefully but it can happen depending on what is required for raid make up. If you are sat out you will still earn EPGP. We do however request you stay online or at least able to get a hold of in case we need to bring you in.

**Required add-on from Curse**
We currently use the EPGP system for distributing loot. This system allows members to gain points when you show up to raid, and then gain another type of points when you get gear. With a math equation you are then awarded gear priority points which will help the officers decide loot.
