The Crystalline Brimstone (Valor) is ilvl 378, the Crystal Prison Band (Shannox) is 391 - Shannox one is better due to Intellect from ilvl.

Sorry you're right, I misread.

The Brimstone ring has hit and mastery, both delicious stats for Demo, I would def use that + the Rep one. Replace with Heroic Shannox ring when you get it.
