A few things to check;
- Case Airflow; Is there enough air going into the case, and likewise, is there enough fans to disperse the heat outside the case?
- Overclocking; If you're overclocking, disable it for the moment. This includes setting voltage to auto and the multiplier to auto.
- Ambient/Room Temp; How warm is your room? 1C difference in ambient can create 3-4C difference in CPU temp in the worst cases
Also, try something other than speedfan. It's not great and it could be that it's reporting wrong. RealTemp and CoreTemp are both great options, while CPUID HWMonitor is more detailed (right down to CPU power usage in watts).
