The Brawler's Trophy and Stay of Execution are easy, just use Named Items. The Throngus's Finger with an ICD would be a bit harder and may be better done with TellMeWhen.

Edit: Never mind, that's a much better solution!

I still would suggest that you could just get WeakAuras, which is a much more intuitive addon in general and is much better set up for this request in particular.
