Dead Space 2 youtube theme: Tell me what you think!

So I kinda self taught myself how to use Photoshop today. Gotta say, it was very fun. I wanted to make a Dead Space 2 youtube theme because I will be playing it shortly, so it felt fitting. It took a couple hours, mostly trying to figure out the correct size for the frames.

Ofc there are no replies.. they got to mind blown and just left before something bad happend :P

Its decent. The right hand side is very abruptly terminated by the boxes. I know videos etc would be placed there but in the current mock-up they appear truncated and its difficult to visual how they would appear with an actual video in place.

Otherwise its nicely done and properly atmospheric to Dead Space theme graphically speaking.

I really don't like the right background without the boxes, because the head kinda sticks out and it looks weird. This is the background used for the right side.

Peronally I like it without the boxes. A head and a arm just sticking out like that seems odd

Very nice work for only having one day of training in Photoshop. You must be rather fluent in graphic design.

I'm just some guy that looked at my plain youtube background and wanted something cool. At first I just tried to find a existing one, but I had no luck. Then I wondered what would happen if I used this photoshop program I never use =)
