    [A] Plan B - 7/12 Alterac Mountains (US)

Please visit our website, timeforplanb dot org.

Plan B is an level 13 Alliance 7/12 10-man raiding guild located on Alterac Mountains-US. We are currently looking for the following roles to be filled to bolster our two 10-man raiding groups:

Tanks; 1-2 (looking for people willing to shift to a dps role in the event we change to 25 man)
    Healers; 1-2
    DPS: 1-2 (ranged only)

At this time, we are looking for people who are ready to raid. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact me in game, or send me a PM via the website.

We run our raid times 9pm - 12a EST (server time), with invites beginning at 830pm. We run one group Tue/Fri/Sun, with a second group Tue/Thur/Sat (though, depending on attendance, this may become Tue/Fri/Sun as well).

Our main focus is to raid end-game content in a casually hardcore (or seriously casual?) style. Raid schedules will be limited to 3 nights a week for progression, spending no more than 20 hours on progression runs, 5 hours on farm.

While we want to take a more relaxed approach to raid schedules, we do want people to be dedicated and committed to the guild in terms of how we progress. This means:

    • Showing for raids you commit to & keeping a consistent attendance.
    • Showing on time and prepared (gems, enchants, food, reagents, flasks, repaired, etc).
    • Show consistent improvement.
    • Be able to take constructive comments and criticism.
    • Have professions that are leveled and contribute to the guild.

It's simply a matter of taking the limited amount of time we set aside for raiding and treating it seriously. Basically, you come with a good attitude, sense of humor, and a drive to help everyone around you. You aren't expected to min/max, but you are expected to know your class/spec/role well. Remember, nice other people will rely on your ability to play your part so they can play theirs.

We will put emphasis on guild leveling and achievements. So, expect that occasionally we will go back and clear old content, run dungeons together, and generally provide for the guild as a whole. If all you want to do is show up 3 nights a week, get loot and log off till next time, well... this may not be the place for you. We are laid back, will joke and make having a good time our number one priority, but we want this to be a family of sorts and create a good reputation for ourselves as a group.

We also accepting members who might not have intentions to raid, but are looking for a home. Community keeps things alive.

Thank you for your interest, we look forward to reading your application.
