Transferring is a good option and allows you to find the perfect raiding schedule.

Ugh. Full Circle is a closed guild. But I really do appreciate you looking into this for me. I will jump on that website promptly! You rock

Try changing to a more populated server, like Blackrock or the like. There are people usually raiding at all times on there.

I had a similar problem, I was unable to raid @7pm (dinner, friends, work etc). However I am Australian, so my choice of servers is significatly......... limited.

I used wowprogress to look up the guilds that were around my current guilds progress, at the time, this was just starting heroic content. Sadly the majority of guilds were Asian But I did find my current guild that way.

So my advice is use wowprogress as an easy "contact list" of possible guilds that raid around your time

Wowprogress, guildOx and keeping an eye on the looking for horde/alliance forums really helps. It's how I found my home. Late night 10man, back in wotlk when 10man was a niche.
