    Ret paladin 2v2 questions

Hello, I'm not much of a pvper, most of my pvp experience comes from BGs. I'm someone who has always kept and maintained a decent ret pvp set (may main spec is prot), and always did lots of BGs but never really did much arena. I did a few teams from time to time, but none lasting longer than 2-3weeks. my highest rating was 1450 IIRC, just enough to buy the boots back in wotlk, during ICC.

Me and my friend (Hunter) have started a 2v2 team, mostly for fun, conquest point farming and guild experience (it really is a lot of guild experience per win) but we'd also like to get a decent rating 1550, or 1800. since neither of us have any rating pvp achievements.

So my main question is, my ret pve set is full 359 epics.
here's a link to my armory, logged out in ret gear. http://us.battle.net/wow/en/characte...ladrake/simple
I have some pvp items, 365 Neck and gloves, both I got from my first and 2nd BH (luck FTW) then I bought 365 shoulders and 352 head and legs. for 4pc, and I use the 264 pvp trinket still.
my resil in this set is 1501

So my question is, with all the 359 would it be worth it for the purpose of arena to buy the 352s as a replacement for my 359s? and slowly replace them with 365s of course.
And another question is, what are the stat weights for pvp as ret? I notice some pieces have 2 versions, 1 with crit and 1 with haste, which should I be taking for pvp?

any other advice on how to arena as a ret paladin would be good ;]

Spec 1: http://wowtal.com/#k=CsoKgtUC.ala.paladin.Ry4VkV for improved damage.
Spec 2: http://wowtal.com/#k=Cb5YqfC6.ala.paladin.R5v3hg for improved utility and off healing (not as good as it was since 4.1, but still my preference).
Get geared up in at least full 352 pvp gear as soon as possible, as retribution survivability is atrocious right now and you need all the help you can get with it.
Reforge maximum mastery. Doesn't really matter what offset pieces you pick up but I personally prefer haste. Get 4% hit before anything else then reforge everything to mastery.
Retribution in it's current state is considered more of a utility/support class, so create macros to sacrifice/hop/freedom your hunter if needs be. Work to 3 point inq and then blow all cds combined with cc to get kills. It is unlikely you will get a kill outside of wings/zealotry.
