    Do you play WoW because..

    1) You genuinely enjoy it very much so!

    or

    2) You've got nothing better to do and its "kind of" addictive, but you'd drop it the second something good happens in your life.

    What option best fits you?

I genuinely enjoy it. I also play a hunter, and think they're in the best state they've ever been. I sincerely hope they can keep the content interesting for a while to come, because I actually enjoy just playing my class in any situation.

My pet, without me, is useless. Without my pet, I am useless."

I enjoy it. Anyone who plays and doesn't is honestly dumb in my opinion.

I play it because I like to raid and see how high I can get on the DPS meter. That's about it.

I genuinely enjoy WoW, but that doesn't stop me from playing other games. Trying out other MMOs actually reaffirms my appreciation of WoW.

That doesn't stop me from holding on to a few free to play MMOs here and there. I still enjoy logging into Champions Online every now and then for some superhero fun and costume designing, and I'm sure once All Points Buletin: Reloaded goes live I'll play that every now and then to cause random chaotic fun (and design costumes).

*sigh* WoW would be perfect if it had character customization like those games...

#2 for sure. With the economy how it is and no money to have fun without a job WoW is the only thing I can do and unfortunately no better games are out for a while. Cmon summer jobs!

Real life sucks. Corpse humping in arenas make it better.

I enjoy raiding with my guild but I would definitely prefer to do it in another game at this point.

I play because I enjoy playing anything with other people. Raiding I think is a lot of fun and the coordination with the group is what makes it that way. Soloing and questing I find kind of boring, but most other stuff I enjoy. If my current guild that I'm leveling for on a random server doesn't work out and I don't get to raid very often or only get to fill in, I will be really disappointed and may stop playing. My old main guild stopped playing when rift came out, so everything has fallen apart, which is why I followed a friend to a friend's guild.

Because I still enjoy it and it's fun. If it wasn't fun, I wouldn't still be subscribing.

    2, for sure.

nowadays, it seems like i use WoW to chat with guildies whereas raiding and pvp have become somewhat of a by-product of chatting. this is probably why i'm not renewing once my card runs out.

I enjoy it. The process of progression and gearing is most addictive for me. It is the reason why in the older Final Fantasys (2, 3, Tactics) I would max out at level 99 and obliterate the final boss.
    Opulence. I has it.
