Tailoring - Illusionary Bags for 3k?

So uh, as the title implies, I just bought 4 for 3k each. Are they meant to go this high after the "buff" to them?

    What was "buffed"?

Went from 24 -> 26 slots but that was awhile back now. Aside from that I know of no buff, it still costs as much to make. A week and a half if you dont win lots of chaos orbs to make one. 3k seems kinda cheap for that kinda time invested concidering durring that time then you won't be able to craft anything other gear or spellthreads.

You could have bought the Black Hole from Haris Pilton (in Shattrath) for 3k each as well. They also have 26 slots each.

Oh yeah, my bad. I did originally have the Soul Shard Bag (had a guildie make 3 for me when Soulshards were removed and the bags were made into normal bags), but then they nerfed how many slots they had.

Abyssal bags, http://www.wowhead.com/item=41597, were converted into a 22 slot bag. There item capacity has never been changed since the conversion with 4.0.1

Why wonder? It's 8 dreamcloths per one bag!

3K is cheap. The 8 dreamcloths would cost over 4K.

3k isn't so cheap, on my server IB sells for 2.5 - 2.8k.

I suppose that the reason is the Black Hole (24 slots) costs 2.7k with the guild perk, so ppl keep IB around that...

    I wouldn't buy 2 more slots 300g.

its better selling pants patches than wasting cloths in this bag

Yep i sold a few at $5k. But ever since people got stupid and undercut me down in the 3.5k range i decided it wasnt worth it.

    $3k is cheap.

3k each is NOT high it is far below what i would even consider as a selling price, it contains 8 dreamcloth, would much rather sell leg patches that even on a crappy day will sell for 600g that is 4800 gold return on something you know will sell, anything below 5000 gold for the bag and it is not even worth making.

I'm surprised people pay 2.5K or so extra for 4 more slots. 22 slot bags go for around 300G on my server. Only gathering toons should need so much bag space, and they can make use of 36 slot specialty bags.

They go for 4k on my server, easily.

People who like to collect armor sets/RP clothing will fill up bags and bags with gear. I'm always short of space.

Depends on the server. My server spellthread goes around 300-400. Right now it is still high from the patch so its prices are in the 400-500 range most of the time. So 3k would be close to the price point of selling spellthread instead of bags.

they take a minimum of 8 days to make, the price is ok, actually 3k is cheap
