    Dark Intent on feral druids

is DI viable on feral druids in a raid enviroment, from personal testing i noticed they drop the stacks quite often, but then again i could be wrong.
what are your thoughts on this matter?

Kind of need to know what other classes are in the raid to say wether it is for the best or not. The sticky at the top of the lock forums about DI gives pretty good ranking on dps gains for the different classes.

i procs on a class his dot/hot crits. Feral has 2 dots. you do the math. an Spriest or Resto drood would be you're best choice.

If you're out of spriests or moonkins, a feral would be the next best bet.

This is of course assuming your mages aren't retarded and play Arcane (though DI for them on Alysrazor goes without saying), and you want it on a dps. If not resto druids are the most amazing thing ever

You generally want it on a spriest, balance druid, or resto druid if you're putting it on a healer.

I was following the line of "if your mages aren't retarded" in which case they would be fire

From my understanding, a mage should be going Fire for Alysrazor instead of Arcane.

E: Basically as Penguin said. Insane haste buff on an arcane mage will oom them pretty quickly.

On my Warlock, I typically favor the Shadow Priests and the Boomkins, but I will give it to a Feral or Survival or Fire Mage also. Between packs, or when combat drops, I put it on a Resto Druid to keep my stacks up until we are ready to pull the next mob, pack, or boss. Before the countdown it goes back on its previous target so he can get full uptime and I can start the pull with a 3 stack.

I give it to our feral kitty before our spriests his dps is just on a whole different level. I don't mind tossing it to a rogue once in a awhile so I can get tricks on a fight of my choice =P.
