It would be nice. That way I didn't have to worry about my 'main' I'd like most achieves (minus raid achieves) to be account wide.

I couldn't care less. I don't think achievements are that big of a deal that I need them on every single character of mine.
And I have 6 lvl 85s so I'm not coming from a point of "I only have one character and don't want any more characters", you know what I mean?

We can have a won by X character on the achievements.

I don't think achievements are that big of a deal that I need them on every single character of mine.

Well, I would certainly like all my FoS on one char, not every char I own, as you say.

If I can get my account wide mounts, I'll be happy. As is I will never switch mains as long as my Paladin has all my mounts. Put more time into mounts than any other aspect of my character.

This. I'd love to use some of my long farmed mounts, but at the same time distinguish that I recieved a particular achievement on this specific toon.

Say, Lich King. I don't have it on this toon, but I have it on other toons. May I come to your Kingslayer link-cheev-only run? I know fights, I just haven't gotten on this toon. Or with my <insert class>, I specifically attained Glad, so it shows I'm capable, but I quit that toon due to boredom etc. etc.

It sounds great but at Blizzcon they said they might also add achievements that require you to do something on multiple characters. They said have max level profession in all of them for example. This to me shows they don't understand the point of them being account wide. The main reason people want this is to not do something on multiple characters and this would do just that. I want to be able to do 1 achievement and count for all but Bizzard does not seem to get that.

Account wide achievements would be really cool, however I would think it would be brought in when they /if they do account wide mounts. I'd have so many cool ones then

I certainly can't wait. PvP on my hunter is horrible, and if I can grind out 250k HKs on my lock or rogue, I'll certainly be happier.
