The first 4 silent hill games always really bothered me. Series started to go downhill at 4, it's pretty bad now.

F.E.A.R with Resident Evil 4's regenerators standing at a close 2nd. Their creepy noises have made me afraid of dark rooms in that game for life >.>

I would have to say the scariest game I played, and actually enjoyed, would be either Resident Evil 1 or 2. I can't stand games like Dead Space though. They aren't really scary, they just have RANDOM LOUD NOISES and then nothing happens. Same goes with movies that do the same thing.

World of Warcraft. You see some of the people that play it and you think, "these people are allowed to operate cars". Downright terrifying.

I don't play scary games or watch scary movies, I get horrifide and can't sleep..

I can play Half-Life 2 but I do get creeped out by it.
