    Windows 7 question.

    Hey!

Recently I have been having problems with having vista and I was thinking about the possibilites of getting windows 7 without purchasing another copy (and no, I'm not planning on using a cracked copy). Basically a while ago someone in my family bought 4 copies of windows 7, 3 are currently in use and 1 has been used but is not in use. I was wondering whether I'm able to use the copy that was in use but no longer is? So has it been used and cannot be used again or does the windows 7 license allow my family to use 4 at once even if they have been used before on differen't computers? If that needs any clarification please say because it may not be completely clear. thanks in advance for any advice!

You shouldn't have any issues as long as it wasn't a pack of OEM copies. Given that the pack is normal, enjoy Win7, I know my performance in BF3 went up after getting it.

    People still use Vista? O.o

Anyway, as others said, if it's not OEM, yes, it can be used.

Vista isn't too bad with SP2. The main reason I upgraded is because I was using a 32-bit version with 8GB of RAM. Was only going to use it for a short amount of time, but it ended up taking me longer to get windows 7 than I thought. My only issues was HoN would crash a lot with Vista, and I would also run out of RAM while playing BF3, which would cause some game crashes as well. If I had the 64 bit version, I would have considered keeping it.
