Actually, talking about the beta changes a heck of a lot.

Of course, how could that not be assumed? Did you think I was talking about live regarding glyphs that don't exist? That would be silly.

What I meant by "it doesn't matter" is that wings dispellable or not, there's always gonna be stuff that you need to dispell quickly

Then you will have to decide which is better, a free dispel every 10 seconds forever, or only being able to dispel multiple times in a short period of time without significantly nerfing your damage.

That's exactly correct, you will have to decide, and the correct decision is the spam-able dispel with a focus cost. The idea that you'll dispel all the junk of of a target for that one important dispel is absurd, let's say you're fighting a paladin and he has say 3 buffs on his teammate. If he never reapplies a buff and it takes 30 seconds to force him to boP then yes, this glyph will save you 60 focus over the course of 30 seconds, so that's 1 extra Aimed Shot (because CS is limited by a CD) every 30 seconds at the expense of the ability to suddenly dispel a BoP and 3 GCD's. Now consider the same situation without the glyph, you pressure his buddy, he is forced to BoP him and bam you spam dispel off the BoP (at most 3 tranq shots because he only had 3 buffs), spend a maximum of 60 focus and guarantee the remval of the BoP. you see how the second scenario has no contingencies like "if it takes you 30 seconds and if he never reapplies Buffs" and the second scenario is just BoP dispelled within 3 seconds at the cost of an aimed shot. Hell you could even be lucky and tranq the BoP on your first try and then you only spend 20 focus and 1 global , whereas in the glyphed scenario it's too risky to allow for the possibility of your tranq getting something junky so you are forced to dispel on CD to make sure that doesn't happen, guaranteeing you at-least spend 3 globals.

Don;t get me wrong, it's not a bad glyph, it's great for PvE and will probably be mandatory for some fights but it's simply not good in PvP unless you're incredibly lucky with your tranqing all the time.

I'm just a 100% sure that no serious hunter will use it in pvp.

Just think about it, Bandet, were you happy with the dispell hunters had in Wotlk? I doubt it... because even if you would use it every time it's not on CD (and the CD was 6sec with the set bonus, not 10sec like with this glyph), you would almost NEVER gonna dispell a bop/freedom/wings when you needed to. There's just too many random buffs on any target all the time, even if they're bad and don't rebuff themselves, there's just so many spell that put buffs on the user/target.

And there's more. Using the dispell in wotlk wasn't a problem because after you'd have used your shots, you would have time to use Tranq Shot before the other shots would be up again (and you'd regen mana if used with Aspect of the Viper). In Cata you ALWAYS have something to do so it would actually be a waste of a gcd.
