Trick for finding good weapons on the AH (pre 60)

Most of you probably use the DPS filter, put in your best stat, and some other convenient stat.
What I bet most of you don't add to your filter, is reduced level requirement.
Your average level 45 weapon has around 150-170 DPS, but if you can find a weapon with reduced level requirement, ideally around 10, you could get a weapon with 300+ DPS, and possibly even a socket around level 47. This will considerably increase your overall damage. Good luck, and happy hunting.

It also works for armor, the highest reduction ive seen so far is -lvl18 so it should be possible to fully equip a level 42 alt as a level 60 with the correct gear, my barb alt had like 30k hp , 8k armor and 10k dps at lvl48 in nightmare it was awesome

Yeah, but NM and hell are easy, and that affix takes up a slot which is useless at 60. It's great for a weapon or something at a low level, but I would deck myself out in gear like that.

if you have alot of gold why not have some fun. be pretty cool in hell to pull every thing and aoe it down all at once

Worth mentioning that I for one couldn't find this particular affix, the reduced level requirement, before level 35 items, and in those the highest I saw was -5 levels, so you could use a level 35 item at level 30. Perfect time I guess, going to nightmare.
