    Hapkido Beginner Tips + Help?

    Hey Guys,
I'm Going to be starting Hapkido and I'm 12. I Think i'm an Avrage weight at my Age At around 128 Pounds/9 Stone Not Sure if its good or Bad
But I've started doing this for the past couple of Days in order to get into a more Fit Shape for Hapkido since you need to Be Flexible And Fast.
If anything i say Doesn't sound like its the right way to do it Please Correct me with Tips and Help.
First, I Go for a Run/Walk Up my Estate, Roughly Takes 5-6 mins I Do a Run for like 100 Pases Then Slow Down into a walk for 50 Pases
I Keep doing that till i get Back to my House.
I Follow That up with doing 100 Skips But Every 20 i take a 20 second break,
Next i move on to doing 1 minuite of HulaHooping (If thats even a word)
Then follow that with 60 Starjumps/Jumping jacks
After I Get a Drink of Water or Fruit Juice and take a minuite to rest
Then i move on to do My Stretches for these specific muscles
    Deltoids - Triceps - Biceps - Abdominal - Gastronimeus - Achilies Tendon
Roughly i have 2 Stretches For Each muscle And Hold it For 20 Seconds
After Those I Move on to doing |10 Situps | 10 Pressups |
That is the end of my Workout
I Will increase the number in How long i do them for and How many i do
But as i mentioned above please tell me anything i need to Edit in anyway if im doing it wrong
    Constructive criticism allways helps
All This is in Need of Getting into shape of starting Hapkido,
Also add Excercises if they will help any more

    Thank you so much

I know it's not the same martial art technique, but I'd look into how Bruce Lee worked out and trained. There are comprehensive lists of what he did everyday in the gym

12 seems very young for Hapkido.

Hapkido is joint manipulation, you literally just need to be strong enough to grab on to someone's arm and fuck with them.

Go find a Hapkido instructor and follow their training regime. Running laps and doing pushups is nice, but if you're trying to learn Hapkido off Youtube or whatever, then it's kinda pointless.

    Also, lol @ UK terminology
