    Its my Video Card doomed?

The card is 1 year and 9 months old ATI HD 4650

It all started this morning, when i was trying to play some league of legends, i was doing my stuff when suddenly i start to see square shapes all over the place, and then the textures went crazy, changing forms and colors, then the video card shut down, and restarted itself , windows recognized it again, and it was all good ...
Until 15 seconds later when it all started again.

I have the latest Catalyst Driver and the card is running at 130 ºF

I also tried to log to Diablo 3, and this happened:

So, is there a fix out there or is the card basically dead?

Im gonna build a new pc at the end of september, so i wont buy a replacement, i rather just wait, but gaming is all i do on my spare time, so it will be hard

That temperature shouldn't be enough to overheat it\ruin it, but it sure seems like that happened, maybe you had some temperature spikes on some situations.

Anyway, i know little about the subject, but it sure seems dead to me :P

Yeah, i was afraid that was the case. Im hoping to for someone to hop in and say

"not at all!! i had a case exactly like this one, and i did "this" and "that" and now its ok"

No gaming for 1 or 2 months its going to be hard xD

Well i had a case allmost exactly like this one and i TRIED doing this and that and it never was ok You got a good gaming rig in youre signature.. You can easily pass a few months with that

Epiphany: There is one thing you could try? You ever heard of putting youre video card in the oven? It has worked for a few friends.. Never had the heart to put my own video card in there, but its worth a shot i guess..

130F is fine, 130C is not

double check the temps, computers are metric

if it's 130F, then you need to reinstall your drivers

if its 130C, it has already overheated and needs to be replaced

Nah, its Fahrenheit, i checked the Speccy logs and it never jumped over 150 ºF

I will try re installing the drivers, to see if it helps, thanks

Might be a long shot, but is your card getting enough juice? Did you make any changes to the voltages?
