How are pallies in beta at the moment?

Just a quick one for some ideas. My paladin is my oldest character and has been main alt since forever. In cata I went from pure melee dps on characters to tank+dps and found the change quite refreshing. With friends in guild setup the same way (and with similar ability levels) it ended up being quite regular to switch plenty during raids, kept me interested.

With MoP i'm semi-tempted to go back to pally and showboat as all-spec (I know i'll get healing duty towards the end when ppl start flaking but maybe I won't be around then either). Are there any of the pally specs at the moment that REALLY suck going into MoP?

Also: semi-related ( ) can anyone confirm which of the cataclysmic gladiator sets is available as "old gear" in MoP? Is it the blue+bronze or the blue and gold with red bits (or still the previous seasons one, if so, MAJOR sad face).
