Curious Enh Shaman MoP Questions... Who's got the Answers?

I've been doing research for a while now, and have not come up with anything definitive for these questions:

With haste having a 2.49 stat weight over 2.15 mastery (assuming EotE)... AT LEVEL 85, for leveling:

Will the Morning star of Heroic Will (Heroic 410) out dps the No'kaled (Heroic 410) or be almost equal?
What enchant will now be best? Landslide vs. Hurricane vs. Avalanche?
Will the Starcatcher compass Trinket out dps the Vial of Shadows?

I welcome any thoughts on these questions. Thx!

No'kaled is heroic 416, so has higher weapon damage + agility therefore more damage overall.

I would assume Landslide would be the way to go at the start at 85, when you get some new weapons and when the enchanters get the new weapon enchant Elemental Force (http://mop.wowhead.com/spell=104430#taught-by-npc) that might come out ahead of landslide for enhancement (because of our mastery working with the damage)

Perhaps Windsong (http://mop.wowhead.com/spell=104425#taught-by-npc) might be better as well.

As for the trinket? I'm not entirely sure, I would assume since haste has been made very close to mastery in secondary stat, It could possibly well be better for enhancement than the vial now. Though I recall hearing that it had a really low uptime and that the Arrow of Time had a higher haste uptime, though that's speculation.

Ok so:

Of course No'kaled will be best, because it procs, resulting in higher burst, resulting in faster mobs killing.
Landslide procs pretty fast so I would say that it is still the best, even tho mobs die fast.
Vial of shadows does again provide a higher burst, resulting in mobs dying faster.

I am not totally up to date on the haste stuff, but I sure as hell know that haste doesn't affect shit when it comes to bursting down a quest mob in 5-10seconds.

That was after reforging the profile to haste.

Our secondary stats are very close in value, so your stat weights will highly depend on your current balance of stats. In general, a secondary stat buffs the value of the other stats more than it buffs itself (if it even buffs itself at all). The original T13H profile, using 4.3 reforging, had lots of hit rating (by 5.0.4 standards) and mastery but very little haste rating. That combination of stats was favorable to haste's value relative to crit and mastery. After reforging into more haste rating, the relative value of mastery and crit improved. The profile currently spits out stat weights of mastery > crit > haste, but it's a dps loss to reforge out of haste and into crit or mastery, because the profile is running at a fairly optimal balance of stats.
