How hot do I like what? Or is that to come in the poll as well?
poll up numbers are in scos and examples of those heat ratings to the side
I like that 100,000–350,000 range. I have a problem when you get hotter because being spicy just to be spicy is pointless when you sacrifice the flavor.
It really depends. Also, Scoville units are really awkward. I have had both jalapenos and habeneros and habeneros are definitely not 12 or more times as spicy as jalapenos. There's kind of a diminishing returns effect with spicy food.
Habanero is about as spicy as I can take it, but I hate habanero, the flavor is horrible.
