For one you wont get that many submerges on 10man, or well maybe you could but by the time the first wave of 7 adds spawns hes dead, defo woudnt see anyone getting to 8 and surviving all those spikes, seems painfull lol.

theres no reason to kill any terror spawns in phase 1. unless someone is dead, you shouldnt be so bombarded with terror bombs that you cant dodge them. as an affliction lock with KJC, im moving at a constant 30% reduced speed and have 0 problems dodging. get to phase 2 asap for the buff for future phase 1 attempts.

As Arcane Mages and Boomkins, GLHF doing any reasonable damage on Sha. It's not hard to dodge, But get casts of if there is shitloads of adds.
you start to realize that you dont even have to move constantly. alot of times im standing still outside of the cone just side strafing. yes some times i have to keep running cuz the barrages just keep coming but most of the time, im standing still with a few side steps.
We have had 2 nights of solid attempts on him and have quite easily managed to push him past the 40% point already. However, what is exactly the point of having three ball-handlers in 10man? I mean, wouldn't it be better DPS-wise to just have 2 healers stand on either side of the boss in a straight line and just pass the ball to each other? And just having 1 emergency bouncer for when the adds just spawn and must stack in the middle and for when he decides to emerge under 1 healer etc. It would also eliminate the odd case when 2 out of 3 people who got Huddled are healers, no?
Anyway, what exactly is the reason that most people suggest forming a triangle instead of having 2 healers bounce it back and forth?
Just curious how many attempts it took people to get to P2
Why would you even bother killing them? We don't and have no issue dodging stuff. Seems like a waste of time to me. Buff or not.

It took us about 50-60 pulls, the dread spray has a learning curve even with the addon, we found the flaws and corrected them (especially the fact it's incorrect after a death blossom, and fact people have to set it to minimal movement if not a tank). Sadly it's easy to screw up in that fight
And dancing on main platform in the 4th crackle is something people have to learn..
Of course now we're on 2nd week of progression and P1 is no longer an issue. Then you waste a ton of time fixing macros for passing the ball of light, and fixing addons to see debuffs, etc.
Once everybody is set properly, progression is rather smooth.

We personally dont kill them. I had in mind for "newer" guilds that are fresh on this encounter.
