When people "blame" a jungler, it's rarely going to be for a single occurence or mistake, but for the general picture. I for one have long given up relying on my jungler, I play like we have none (I main toplane), because that is, sadly, usually what it comes down. I hope it gets better in higher ranks, but from gold and even plat friends I am hearing sorry tales still. It just seems getting the jungling right is rather hard.

That said, after your second buff, you generally go top. The other jungler will be there and instead of a 2v1 and a possible first blood on your team and a very likely lost toplane as a result, it will be 2v2 with a possible first blood and maybe even a double kill for your toplane. You do this even when your toplaner is pushing the lane, because, again, enemy jungler if he knows what he's doing will be there.

Good luck on your jungling adventures, hope to meet you in game.
Everything you said about bad junglers, dead weight, not where they should be, etc, can be said about any position. It doesn't apply only to junglers. Blame the jungler is a problem, just like blame the support for ADCs. I've been called bad for focusing on getting a Nasus fed in top lane instead of ganking bot. Nasus was able to reach his late game much earlier and we won that game. Then there is the phrase "Lose lane, blame jungler." No, your jungler isn't bad for not helping your lost lane, in fact he is probably smart for it because going to a lost lane can just feed them more kills while focusing on an even/won lane can let them snowball to victory.

Also, going top after second buff isn't always the best thing to do. For starters, blue side red is in bottom jungle and it would be better for your jungler to try a gank mid or bot. Purple side red is in the upper jungle though, so they will try to gank mid or top. If there are no immediate gank opportunities, farm the small camps and continue looking for gank opportunities.

What Sivalion said basically. Start your typical Machete + pots. Get tier 1 boots and health on first return. Then build towards SotAG + ninja Tabi (or Mobility and sell for Ninja late game). Then I generally rush Sunfire Cape (which isp robably the best item on her. Health = more W damage = tankyness = extra AoE damage). Abyssal Sceptre (increases your damage and your AP's damage + tankyness). Randuins (more health = more damage, more armor, extra slow). Locket is good in nearly all situations.

Basically anything that gives lots of health and makes you tanky. Things like Liandrys is damn good if you're tanky enough (again, more health and a passive that almost cries Sejuani). Against heavy AP teams or non rightclickers you could even replace Ninja Tabi with Sorc shoes.

Why would people go Banshee's Veil over Spirit Visage? The build path is awesome, the sustain is awesome, the CDR is awesome.

Because Sejuani will get enough CDR elsewhere (personally run CDR runes and get some from masteries as well); she doesn't benefit from SV passive, however the Banshee's Veil health regen passive is really, really good.

At first just do blue then go red (Or red then blue) and gank top (or bot) after good gank (enemy flashed or ur friend get kill) u can do other monsters in the jungle and gank mid or anything. Just do the same all the game. Get jungle, gank, get respawned jungle, gank.

I thought you didn't get SV for the passive, but for the insanely cost-effective stats.

You do, but if you take away the CDR which you'll get elsewhere it's different.

I'm not saying it's bad, not at all. Banshee's is better in certain situations.
