HAKUNA MATATA... IT MEANS NO WORRIES FOR THE REST OF YOUR DAYS
The Burning Crusade, naturally. WotLK was always a race to beat Sindragosa's screech.
Cata, loved the colors of it and just how Deathwing looked sitting on Stormwind.
Wotlk was, as said before, a rare to beat the scream...
BC one was OK, but kinda boring.
I'd have liked WotLK more if not for the screech. So TBC gets it.
I really like the MoP one. Its actually quite nice.
But, WotLK..nothing quite woke you up more than having your speakers up after watching a movie or something, than hearing Sindragosa. It did look epic though.
Wotlk. Definitely.
Cata was nice, too.
Voted for none of them, I really loved this one they used at cons or where ever they did
WotLK. It was a nice break of all the portal screens, and you got a nice view over Icecrown and ICC. Sidnragosa didn't bother me that much, I'm usually fast enough to log in before she roars.
Cata, for reals. Love the epic Deathwing.
BLOOD DPS. Never forget. Still campaigning to get you back, babe.Really sucks if they start to limit their vision for an expansion just to get the next one out faster.
I didn't vote for Wrath, but how anyone could enjoy being screeched at by Sindy on a regular basis is beyond me >.>
I also didn't really enjoy Wrath as a story or the locations, though I liked Sholazar. Seeing Icecrown everyday and having to remember to turn off the sound everytime I logged in got old after a few weeks. BC all the way, that swirling portal of sexiness.

Nilla / TBC, choosing TBC because it was a clever flip of the Nilla one we were all used to already, and because I spent more time with the game during BC.
Then WOTLK was like: "HEY LOOK A RANDOM DRAGON OMG!"... and Cata was like "LOOK, STORMWIND + A RANDOM DRAGON OMG" ... and MoP was like "LOOK, RANDOM STATUES". It just seemed like WOTLK pointlessly broke the "spirit" of the login screen and replaced it with something that looked really generic and lame. To be fair, though, MoP kind of got back into the spirit with the "gateway framing login" theme.
Hopefully TDB will keep it clean and appealing again instead of a random angle shot of the sea floor with a roaring kraken that swoops in.
TBC, it's not even up for debate.
I'd follow with Vanilla and WotLK then, I think I'm one of the very few who actually liked the dragon in WotLK's login screen.
Cata and MoP are just terrible, I refuse to even choose one of them after WotLK.
Wrath had the best login screen and the best login screen music too. I just love that icy blue frosty color. Wrath had such atmosphere all throughout.
